How long does it last? Only one session is required. Please allow 2 hours for your therapy. (We provide a free guarantee session*)
Will it work for me? As already stated, hypnotherapy is not for everybody. That is why we recommend that you take time to speak with us to ascertain if our Quit Programme is suitable for you. If you genuinely desire and want to quit for good, then we will do our utmost to make your success a reality.
*What does the back-up session entail? If after your session you are having difficulties with cravings or in the unlikely event that you “fall off the wagon”, we want you back in our clinic. This guarantee is effective for 6 months after your initial session.
